WHEN WILL A CERTAIN SCENT BE BACK IN STOCK?
We run off of ready to ship inventory. If you find a scent you wish to purchase is sold out it will be stocked within a few days. Inventory only stays sold out long enough for us to get more made.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in stock orders ship within three business days.
Pre-orders ship within 2 weeks from the order date.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the zip code it is shipping to. Our website calculates this for you during the check out process.
*Note due to the weight of our candles we are not able to offer first class shipping on any orders containing candles.
WHEN WILL VAULT SCENTS BE IN STOCK?
Vault scents do reappear throughout the year. Release dates will be announced via our social media accounts and through our newsletter.
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
We do take custom bulk orders. Mostly for favors, gifts, etc. To get pricing on our custom favor option please email us.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you find that you do not like the scent you ordered we do take returns on unused products. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order (determined by the tracking provided). Customers are required to cover shipping cost. Once we receive the return we will inspect the product and upon our approval your refund will be processed.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your package to be missing. We will guide you in the next steps: contacting your local post office, filing a claim if needed, etc. If the Post Office deems your package as lost we do allow you to order a replacement order at 50% off.
